Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a production associate to assemble, package, and inspect medical devices at our Allentown site. You will work with chemicals, machines, and measurement equipment while following our Quality Policy.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma and 0–1 years of related experience. The role requires on-site attendance and flexibility for non-standard schedules; prior lean tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years related experience or PBS requirements completed and pass assessment.
• Applicable industry certification preferred.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular on-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures to manufacture products per specifications and schedules.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely per instructions.
• Monitors output quality and disposition of products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
