Job summary

Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN is hiring for all shifts for a Manufacturing Assembler role. The primary focus is to build product by following processes and instructions to meet validation and build goals.

You will assemble, repair, inspect and test products, read work instructions in English, and collaborate with engineers on process improvements. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing; lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of work experience in manufacturing/assembly.
• Proficiency in English including reading work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, inspect and test products following instructions.
• Work with engineers on process modifications and improvements.
• Set up and operate manufacturing machines per written guidelines.
• Clean tools and equipment as instructed and maintain records.
• Maintain certifications and train others when needed.
• Work overtime as required.
