Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a manufacturing/assembly operator for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This onsite role requires reading English instructions and working with engineers to improve processes.

Responsibilities include assembling, repairing, inspecting, and testing products, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with certifications. Prior manufacturing experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or assembly.
• Ability to use and adjust a microscope.
• Ability to work with small parts for an extended period of time.
• Proficiency in communication and understanding of English, including reading work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, inspect and/or test products following instructions.
• Work with engineers on process modifications and suggest improvements.
• Set up and operate manufacturing machines following written instructions in English.
• Clean tools and equipment as instructed.
• Record information on approved documents.
• Dispose hazardous waste material in designated areas.
• Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
• Train other employees when necessary.
• Maintain all certifications required to remain in compliance.
• Work overtime as required.
