Hamilton Medical is seeking a Production Operator in Reno, NV to assemble precision medical devices. You will follow schematics, use hand tools, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong hand-eye coordination, basic math, and the ability to read assembly instructions. Day shift runs 7:00am to 3:30pm; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Experience with diagrams or blueprints and measuring parts.
• Physically able to work with small components and tools.
• Strong focus on quality and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices following schematics and instructions.
• Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams and respond to process instructions.
• Use hand tools, tweezers, and light machinery to complete tasks.
