Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas, following procedures and quality standards to produce medical device components.

The role supports continuous improvement, requires attention to detail, and offers cross-training across areas with exposure to ISO/cGMP requirements. 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic manual equipment used in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment and perform labeling, packaging, and final presentation of product.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality and machine performance.
