rms Company, a Cretex Medical partner in Minnesota, is hiring a Production Operator Assembler for 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm), to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging of medical device components. You will follow 5S, complete documentation, and Crosstrain across areas while adhering to ISO/cGMP requirements.

The role requires reading and following English instructions, basic math, and precise use of measurement tools and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, and use measurement equipment accurately.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and inspection tools.
• Maintain strict attention to quality and safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per customer specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in assembly and secondary operations.
• Perform labeling, packaging, and final product presentation.
• Monitor processes and ensure correct materials, tooling, and programs are used.
• Read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
