Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our Operations team. You will manufacture implantable (Class III) medical devices under strict controlled conditions, following SOPs and well-defined documentation protocols.

Responsibilities include assembly with precision tools, maintaining traceability, and contributing to process improvements. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a 7:00–3:30 PM Central Time schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus good reading/writing English.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce human-use medical devices under supervision in a controlled environment.
• Assemble products with microscopes, small tools, ovens, and fixtures with documented procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Follow SOPs and approved manufacturing processes.
• Complete production traceability docs and use QAD as required.
• Perform inventory management in production tasks.
• Provide feedback to engineering on build, tooling and yield issues.
• Take on additional production/assembly tasks as assigned.
