Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Production Operator to support shipping, receiving, material handling, and packaging, with production support in a controlled environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with MRP/QAD and to operate in a regulated manufacturing setting. The position is hourly, non-exempt in the U.S., with a base pay of $23.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, HSA, 401(k), stock options, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, fluent English in speaking and writing.
• 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, warehouse, material handling, and medical device assembly.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and cleanroom/CAE environments is preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail; can document material and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive shipments; maintain accurate records per SOPs and update MRP systems.
• Perform material handling, cycle counts, and support production in cleanroom areas.
• Label, package, and assemble parts outside the cleanroom; follow instructions and ensure traceability.
• Maintain organized work areas and assist with process improvements as needed.
