Job summary

IntePros seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead New Product Development for medical devices from concept to commercialization. You will manage cross-functional teams through phase-gate processes, build schedules, manage risks, and ensure design controls and quality systems are followed.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness, delivering dashboards to leadership, and guiding multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, PM, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of PM experience in medical devices or regulated industry preferred.
• Familiarity with design controls, risk management, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects using phase-gate, design controls and quality system processes.
• Build and manage project schedules, Gantt charts, resources, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Clinical, Testing and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead project meetings, track action items, risks and deliverables.
• Support DHF documentation, product requirements, design reviews and regulatory submissions.
• Partner with Operations/Supply Chain on manufacturing readiness, validation, pilot builds and launch.
• Provide project updates, dashboards and risk assessments to leadership.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
