Job summary

Micro Systems Engineering, Inc. in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking a Project Manager, NRO Development to drive new technology and product development in the medical device field.

You will coordinate international teams, manage plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure customer requirements align with KPIs and regulatory expectations. The role requires a BS in engineering, 4+ years in medical-device PM, strong communication and leadership, and experience with global teams.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management of medical devices.
• Experience leading international/global development teams.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Industry knowledge of medical device development.

Responsibilities

• Manage international development teams aligning with project and portfolio commitments.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for NPD and technology projects.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and select vendors to meet goals.
• Engage with customers to ensure scope meets Voice-of-Customer needs.
• Provide regular senior management updates using KPIs and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with Design and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with QMS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
