• Promote safe, organized workplaces and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and related methods.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and measurement devices; ensure proper calibration.
• Report on key metrics and participate in management meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.
