Job summary

Regenity Biosciences in Allendale, NJ, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to support daily operations in a GMP medical device environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production. This role will oversee product lines across high-mix/low-volume and low-mix/high-volume manufacturing, driving SQDC performance while maintaining process controls and quality systems.

Travel to Oakland is required. This position requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to lead product-line teams and supervise operators.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and ensure batch-record accuracy to improve yield and reduce scrap.
• Lead product-line leads and provide direct oversight of operators on the floor.
• Reinforce standard work, escalate issues, and sustain continuous improvement with clear feedback loops.
• Communicate and escalate production, quality, and personnel issues promptly to the Production Manager.
