Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associates degree or high school diploma with 5 years electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of assemblers and production staff.
• Balance lines and test area to match staffing and schedule.
• Develop and implement performance expectations and accountability.
• Lead lean and process improvements in a regulated environment.
• Maintain GMP, quality systems, and document control.
• Oversee training and development of production team.
