Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Line Support Manufacturing Engineer to support a metals manufacturing facility producing implantable metal components. The role emphasizes line health, yield, equipment uptime, process compliance, and product quality.

You will troubleshoot issues with Operations and Technicians and grow into broader ownership over time. Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a regulated environment, preferably Medical Device/FDA regulated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in Medical Device / FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis required.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green/Black belt) a strong plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations and Technicians.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing line to learn processes and become effective at line support.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize yield loss and downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technicians to resolve downtime.
• Maintain compliance and documentation; ensure process controls.
• Address equipment-related downtime and yield loss; support line health.
• Engage with Product families and other engineers over time.
