Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/medical device engineering.
• Experience in FDA/GMP regulated environments is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with DoE, SPC, and statistical analysis.
• CAD proficiency and MS Office suite skills.
• Lean/ Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new manufacturing processes and production layouts for new products.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, regulatory, and operations on complex projects.
• Lead project plans, timelines, and budget considerations; report progress to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, yield enhancement, and cost optimizations.
• Lead new product transfers with manufacturability in mind.
• Use statistical methods (DOE, capability studies) to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare engineering protocols and manufacturing instructions.
