Qualifications

• Six+ years in manufacturing engineering in electronic manufacturing environments.
• Experience with IQ/OQ validation in medical devices or regulated settings.
• Proven ability to drive measurable yield and process improvements.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own sustaining engineering for selected product lines with deep focus.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Support electronic test systems and test software across platforms.
• Transfer new/updated products into production with development teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
