Job summary

Keystone Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Kalamazoo, MI to lead sustaining and continuous improvement of equipment and processes for medical devices, in collaboration with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.

Requirements: BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience; medical device experience preferred; strong problem solving and attention to detail with good cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience; medical device exposure preferred.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining and continuous improvement of production lines.
• Develop, test, and validate manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and QA across lifecycle stages.
• Support maintenance, calibration, and line qualification activities.
