Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately 60% of time on the manufacturing floor in a gowned/cleanroom environment.
  • Troubleshoot production and equipment‑related issues in real time.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
  • Ensure production continuity and minimize downtime.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals.
