Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.
• Delivery of training in a professional or classroom setting.
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory and learning objectives construction.
• Must provide work samples or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and craft measurable learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update content.
• Manage content development milestones, reviews, and quality assurance.
• Oversee content during implementation, translation, and launch with status updates.
• Evaluate content using qualitative and quantitative methods for improvements.
• Conduct train-the-trainers and sign-offs.
