Qualifications

• Ability to sign-off on technical and clinical content.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.
• Delivery of training in professional or classroom settings.
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory and learning-objective construction.
• Portfolio/work samples required.
• Minimum college degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Science/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs to craft measurable learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update learning content.
• Manage content development milestones, reviews, and QA.
• Lead content delivery through translation and launch processes.
• Evaluate content using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct train-the-trainers and sign-offs.
