Job summary

IQVIA has an opportunity with a leading US medical device manufacturer. As a Field Service Agent you will support Field Service Technicians, replace parts, troubleshoot, repair, and update devices in hospital settings with on-site team support.

This 100% per diem travel role can require 3–4 weeks on assignment at a time, with nationwide travel to support customer needs. Experience in healthcare tech is preferred and a valid driver license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Active, unrestricted driver license and reliable personal vehicle for local work.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Assist field staff with organizing, testing, and configuring medical devices.
• Install and update hardware, software, and network products.
• Manually move and lift medical equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Travel as assigned (per diem) to support customer needs.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires.
• Maintain clear communication with on-site hospital staff.
