Job summary

Solventum in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Representative to service healthcare clients, prepare and transport medical devices, and ensure readiness for patient use. You will maintain strong customer relationships and support equipment delivery and pickup with a company vehicle.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license, with potential for evening or weekend shifts and some travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 1 year of work experience in a customer facing or service-related field.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supports customers including patients and hospital staff with superior customer service.
• Manages orders accurately using company systems for documentation and records.
• Responds promptly to service inquiries and follows up as needed.
• Assists customers in locating and returning missing or misplaced equipment.
• Operates a company vehicle for delivery, pickup and onsite service.
• Prepares and disinfects medical device equipment and maintains documentation.
• Keeps work area clean and safe per policies.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates delivery/return with customers.
