Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative II in Austin, TX to support healthcare clients with delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment. You will build strong customer relationships and help manage inventory of parts and disposables.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's license. Additional qualifications include an associate degree or higher and flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required.
• Three (3) years of customer-facing experience in private, public, government, or military environments.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients daily, delivering, picking up and maintaining medical device equipment.
• Interface with customers to provide superior service and build relationships.
• Assist in inventory control of products, parts and disposables.
