Job summary

Solventum in Plainview, NY is seeking a Field Service Representative II to support healthcare clients by delivering, inspecting, disinfecting and maintaining medical devices on site. You will build strong customer relationships and ensure equipment readiness for patient use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 3 years of work experience in a customer facing or service-related field.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients with superior customer service and solutions.
• Manage orders accurately using company-provided systems.
• Research and locate missing medical equipment within client sites.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for delivery and onsite service.
• Prepare equipment for delivery including cleaning and disinfection.
• Assist with inventory and service center tasks.
• Train staff and act as facility contact when needed.
