Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related industries.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of hospital call points (OR, Bio-Med, Central Processing).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by supporting product evaluations, demonstrations, trials, and installations.
• Partner with Sales Executives to develop strategies for winning new business.
• Provide clinical and technical support in customer environments, including operating rooms.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital leadership.
• Educate customers on product usage, care, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Support service, repair, pricing, and order-related customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, credentialing, and product knowledge.
