Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of direct ownership of project scheduling responsibilities.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing project budgets, forecasts, or cost tracking.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations or production environments.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing project schedules aligned with customer delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate production planning and scheduling across multiple teams to ensure timely program execution.
  • Build and manage program budgets with forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Monitor performance against schedule and budget; identify risks and implement mitigations.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors, quality, engineering, and supply chain to enable controlled builds.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in medical device production.
  • Align material availability and capacity planning with production schedules.
  • Communicate program status to leadership and customers; participate in reviews.
  • Support customer manufacturing programs by coordinating resources and dependencies.
  • Contribute to staffing decisions and resource allocation for programs.
