Job summary

Stryker in Tampa is hiring a Medical Device Driver to distribute and deliver products to representatives and customers. You will manage shipping, scheduling, route planning, and safety inspections while supporting after-sales service and inventory control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets.
• Arrange merchandise for transport and at customer locations.
• Read maps and route configuration.
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products.
• Create and review lists of delivery and pick-ups.
• Record transactions and issues on customer receipts.
• Provide customer service in surface transportation.
• Field customer complaints and communicate with Branch team members.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and notify supervisor of repairs needed.
• Track inventory and optimize inventory utilization.
• Record sales or delivery information on daily records.

What You Will Do

As a Medical Device Driver, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers.

• Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel
• Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
• Read maps, and route configuration
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
• Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups
• Record transactions and issues on customer receipts
• Provide customer service in surface transportation
• Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
• Performs and/or schedules preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records
• Advises supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
• Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 4pm - 12:30am
• Overtime based on business needs
• On-call rotation, required

$22.10 per hour + $1 per hour shift premium, plus bonus eligible + benefits.
