Stryker is seeking a team-oriented warehouse associate in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves accurate inventory tracking, cycle counting, and preparing merchandise for transport to customers. You will read maps, perform safety inspections, and handle loading/unloading while ensuring sterility and integrity of implants and instruments.

Flexibility is required to cover varying shifts, weekends, and evenings. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization.
• Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations.
• Read maps and route configuration.
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments.
• Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
• Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Mandatory overtime based on business needs. On-call responsibilities.

What you will do-

Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
