Stryker in Tampa, FL is seeking a Medical Device Driver to distribute and deliver products for representatives and customers. You will schedule deliveries, handle loaner sets, route planning, and perform safety checks on vehicles.

The role involves loading/unloading, inventory tracking, and providing frontline customer service, with a first shift 11am–7:30pm and on-call rotation. A valid license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

What You Will Do

As a Medical Device Driver, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers.

• Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel
• Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
• Read maps, and route configuration
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
• Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups
• Record transactions and issues on customer receipts
• Provide customer service in surface transportation
• Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
• Performs and/or schedules preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records
• Advises supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
• Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 11am - 7:30pm
• Overtime based on business needs
• On-call rotation, required

What you need

$22.10 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
