Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dependable delivery and warehouse associate to manage product delivery, inventory control, and customer interactions in a medical environment. You will coordinate shipments, run cycle counts, and ensure vehicle maintenance while supporting flexible hours and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, addressing customer questions, and collaboration with branch staff to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid US driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends/variable hours.
  • One year driver/courier experience in a customer-facing, medical environment.
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute and deliver products/services to representatives and customers.
  • Conduct inventory tracking and cycle counts to optimize utilization.
  • Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule product deliveries.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pickup/return of loaner sets.
  • Address customer questions and route to appropriate branch staff.
  • Arrange merchandise for transport to customer locations.
  • Maintain vehicle with preventative and routine maintenance; keep logs.
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and delivery information.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with Branch team.

Job description

  • Distribute and deliver products/services for representatives and customers
  • Conduct accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimize inventory utilization
  • Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products
  • Ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets
  • Field customer questions and direct them to appropriate branch personnel
  • Arrange merchandise for transport on delivery and return and at customer locations
  • Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle
  • Keep accurate vehicle maintenance records and advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required
  • Maintain accurate records for sales transactions and delivery information
  • Field customer complaints and address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including Cycle Counting scans
  • Leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection
  • Relay surgery schedules
  • Conduct quality inspections on products/packages
Requirements
  • Possess a valid US driver’s license with no restrictions

  • One (1) year driver/ courier experience in a customer-facing, medical environment
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems in warehouse environment
