Globus Medical is seeking a Complaint Coordinator to partner with Customer Service, Sales and Product Development to initiate complaint documentation and investigations. The role reviews Device History Records, conducts trend analysis, and communicates results to management with accuracy and clarity.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, experience in a customer-oriented environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates complaint handling and returned device evaluations by entering data into the complaint system
• Starts complaint investigations and documents results
• Facilitates returned device evaluations with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service
• Reviews device history records as part of investigations
• Evaluates repeat complaints and product evaluation results for negative trends
• Prepares letters to customers and partners with investigation results
• Assists with field actions such as safety notices and recalls as assigned
