Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Technical Advisor, Medical Device Testing - Biocompatibility & Chemistry, to act as a technical partner to Account Executives and guide customers in selecting testing and compliance solutions for medical devices.

You will develop scopes, testing strategies, and proposals, translating requirements into compliant solutions while collaborating with global experts and staying abreast of regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop technically sound testing solutions.
• Develop project scopes, testing strategies, project plans, and cost estimates for biocompatibility and chemistry testing programs.
• Translate customer requirements into comprehensive proposals aligned with quality and technical standards.
• Collaborate with laboratory leaders, technical experts, and external partners to identify new testing capabilities.
