Job summary

Stealth startup is seeking an Engineering Technician to support assembly, testing, and production of medical devices in a regulated environment. The role requires hands-on experience with assembly processes, documentation, and quality systems, with a focus on lean improvements.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain calibration and maintenance of devices and tooling.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and quality systems regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assembly tasks for medical devices, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect components and finished products for adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO).
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality assurance and production records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste; apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Troubleshoot assembly and equipment issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve problems.
