Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking an Electronic Assemblies Operator to perform intermediate-level assembly on low-volume, high-mix lines, mass producing transformers, inductors and power supplies. The role focuses on accuracy, process discipline and teamwork on the production floor.

You will read production drawings, follow SOPs, and contribute to Lean manufacturing and quality programs while supporting teammates and training others as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Able to work with chemicals.
• Demonstrate quality-focused practices.
• Able to sit for long periods and stand/walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive intermediate-level assembly on low-volume, high-mix lines.
• Maintain process integrity and productivity.
• Identify and solve quality issues on the line.
• Train other team members in production activities.
• Adhere to Lean manufacturing and visual management principles.
