Job summary

Biomerics is seeking an Operator I to perform basic manufacturing tasks, including assembly, equipment operation, material handling, and inspection under close supervision. The role supports team members, follows standard procedures, and helps maintain a clean and safe work area while learning key processes.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, conducting visual inspections, completing traceability forms, and adhering to GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks by closely following work instructions and guidance from experienced team members.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report issues to a lead or supervisor.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation with support as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and GMP practices.
• Help maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping activities.
• Operate assigned equipment or tools under direct supervision, reporting malfunctions or questions.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn from supervisors and teammates.
