Job summary

Biomerics FMI LLC in Texas is seeking an Operator I to perform basic manufacturing tasks, assemble components, operate equipment, handle materials, and assist with inspections under close supervision. You will follow SOPs, GMPs, and traceability documentation, contribute to a cleanroom environment when required, and learn processes from experienced teammates.

High School Diploma or GED is required; prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks, such as assembling components, operating equipment, handling materials, or inspecting products, by closely following work instructions.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report any issues to a lead or supervisor.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation with support as needed.
• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and GMP.
• Help maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping activities.
• Operate assigned equipment or tools under direct supervision.
• Participate in on-the-job training and actively learn from supervisors and teammates.
