Job summary

Biomerics is a world-class manufacturer and polymer solutions provider for the medical device and biotech industries. The Operator I position supports basic manufacturing tasks, such as assembly, equipment operation, material handling, and inspection, under close supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and be willing to learn in a cleanroom environment; prior experience helpful but not required, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment, if required.
• Basic teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn from others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and operate equipment following work instructions.
• Handle materials and inspect products to ensure quality.
• Complete traceability forms and production documentation.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Learn on the job from supervisors and teammates.
