Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
• Basic teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks by following work instructions and guidance.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and report issues.
• Complete traceability forms and production documentation.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
• Maintain cleanroom or workspace standards and assist with housekeeping.
• Operate equipment under supervision and report malfunctions.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn from supervisors.
