Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience helpful but not required.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks by following work instructions and guidance from experienced team members.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report issues.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation with support as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and GMP.
• Maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping.
• Operate assigned equipment under direct supervision and report malfunctions.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn from supervisors and teammates.
