Job summary

rms Company seeks an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas. The role follows work instructions and quality standards to produce medical device components.

The 4th shift runs Friday-Sunday, 6AM-6PM; candidate must read and follow written instructions in English and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 5S and ISO/cGMP compliance expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math and have good hand-eye coordination.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment and perform labeling and packaging tasks.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the work area; follow ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas and participate in training.
