Job summary

rms Company is hiring an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. The role involves basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and supporting multiple production areas in a tight-tolerance medical device environment. The 4th shift runs Friday through Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM.

You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, complete production records and quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while following 5S and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math and operate measurement tools.
• Use basic hand tools and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in assembly.
• Read and follow work instructions and quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Support ISO/cGMP compliance.
