Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas while following procedures and quality standards to produce medical device components.

This first shift runs Monday-Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM, with training and cross-training across areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and maintain 5S in the workspace.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality requirements.
