rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across production areas, following procedures, work instructions, and ISO/cGMP standards.

Responsibilities include visual/dimensional inspections, documentation, crosstraining, and adherence to 5S. The role involves handling cleaning chemicals, and ensures quality and safety in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficiency with basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Comfort with using basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic manual equipment used in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment and perform labeling, packaging, and final presentation of product.
• Monitor production processes and machine performance, escalate as needed.
• Perform basic preventive or operator-level machine checks and ensure cleanliness.
