ManpowerGroup in Tigard, Oregon is hiring for an Assembler on 1st and 2nd shifts to build and test medical devices in a clean, structured environment. Soldering and precise work are essential as you handle pacemakers, ICDs, and leads, recording data and following strict instructions.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate components.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Perform testing, inspection, and repair of products including pacemakers, ICDs, and medical leads.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accurately document production activities and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.
