Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join our local team on 1st shift. You will perform detailed assembly operations following technical instructions and SOPs in a clean environment, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include measuring process parameters, documenting results, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe workstation while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience, especially with microscope inspection or soldering, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise assembly operations using technical drawings, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Accurately measure and document process parameters, reporting any material shortages or process deviations immediately.
• Perform routine quality checks on small components to ensure adherence to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following all lockout/tagout safety protocols.
• Utilize required PPE, including safety glasses, gowns, and masks.
