Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry.
• Expert-level hand soldering skills.
• Experience reading schematics and working under microscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting, detail orientation, and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering of electronic components.
• Assemble micro-electronic components using specialized tools and processes.
• Conduct electrical testing and inspections throughout manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot assemblies, boards, and device components.
• Collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability and process improvements.
• Maintain GMP/ISO quality standards and complete documentation accurately.
