Job summary

Collaborative LLC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler for the 1st shift in Portland, OR. You will produce high-quality pacemaker/ICD device assemblies, conduct tests, and ensure all documentation is accurate and traceable.

Under supervision, you will follow standardized procedures, participate in lean initiatives, and communicate effectively with manufacturing teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 6 months of related experience and a background check expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (copy required).
• 6 months experience in similar position.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components under close supervision.
• Ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate and parts traceable.
• Read and follow procedures; communicate issues to management in written and oral form.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in data collection systems and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices during all operations.
