Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, Minnesota is seeking an Assembler 1 to join a collaborative production team in a fast-paced medical devices facility. You will perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks following work instructions, drawings, and diagrams to produce high-quality devices. This onsite role operates Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; experience in medical devices preferred.
• Able to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete in-process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow equipment shutdown and lockout requirements.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, and comply with GMPs and the SPNC Quality System while keeping all required training current.
