Job summary

Philips is hiring a Production Assembler for our Bedford, MA location. You will assemble high-quality medical devices and components, operate manufacturing equipment, and follow strict work instructions and safety standards.

You will perform quality inspections and document production activities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires prior experience in medical device manufacturing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical device manufacturing and assembly.
• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and components using manufacturing equipment and tools following work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure components and finished products meet specifications.
• Set up and adjust equipment for production and pilot runs, documenting activities and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Group Leaders and teammates to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement.
