Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a defined-term Manufacturing/Production Associate in Minnesota. The role requires following safety policies, building products per certified processes, and supporting Lean initiatives.

You will maintain records and training, and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to ensure quality standards. This onsite position operates on 1st or 3rd shift with full-time hours, and relocation sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts preferred.
• Familiarity with basic tools or equipment and ability to follow written procedures preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset essential.

Responsibilities
